We are 5 minutes drive from Bassenthwaite Lake and within half an hour's drive of Keswick and Cockermouth. Pets accepted in ground floor rooms only for a 10 extra charge per stay. Ground floor rooms are suitable for wheelchair users.
Hotel Directions From M6 exit at junction 40 and take A66 towards Keswick Cockermouth. Continue on A66 past Keswick then join the A591 towards Carlisle. Continue with Bassenthwaite lake on your left until you reach the Castle Inn. Turn right signposted to Ireby then take second left turn also signed to Ireby. We are at the northern end of the village on the left just past the church. From North and Carlisle take A595 past signs to Wigton on right turn left at sign to Ireby. On reaching Ireby we are the first house on the right just before the church. |
